What do I need to provide?

Final approved newsletter content, brand assets or style references, destination links, and any required legal or compliance language. The 24–48 hour first-draft window begins after the required materials are complete.

Do you write the newsletter content?

The standard Sprint starts with client-provided final copy. Copywriting, major content editing, campaign strategy, and audience segmentation are outside the standard scope and can be quoted separately when needed.

Do you upload, schedule, or send the campaign?

The Sprint includes HTML files prepared for upload or implementation in your email platform. Platform setup, migration, list management, campaign scheduling, sending, automation workflows, and CRM integrations are scoped separately.

What if my newsletter is larger or more complex?

The $450 starting price is designed for one newsletter of standard complexity, typically up to six primary content sections. Longer campaigns, extensive custom artwork, additional versions, extra revision rounds, reusable template systems, or ongoing production are quoted based on scope.
